Billy Buttons 100% Linen Tea Towel

For a few weeks following a wet winter, the roadsides and grasslands around northern Victoria and southern NSW are brightened by a display of golden-yellow globes on long wiry stems. Billy Buttons (Pycnosorus globosus), also known as Drumsticks, grow all around my local district, and are the favourite flowers of many family members.
Easily grown from seed, these beauties also make great long-lasting cut flowers.
I painted this Billy Button design in watercolour, with coloured pencil details.
