Eucalyptus albens / White Box is found from Southern Queensland through the western slopes and tablelands of NSW through to Central Victoria. The leaves have a distinctive grey to bluish-green appearance. 'Albens' (Latin for 'whitening') refers to the white waxy hue often seen on the leaves, buds and fruit.
