Eucalyptus melliodora, also known as Yellow Box, is a common tree species in the grassy woodlands west of the Great Dividing Range, extending from western Victoria through to southeastern Queensland.
E.melliodora is considered to be one of the best trees for honey production, the honey produced has a golden colour and an excellent taste.
I collected these pinkish hued leaves from underneath a tree growing alongside a local creek.
